By Brice de Beaudrap
Adults? Duration: 30 min. ? Reservations required
%C0 At cocktail hour, let’s talk philosophy with a drink in hand! Join Brice de Beaudrap, creator of the VinoPhilo concept, as we learn to savor philosophy. Wisdom must be tasted and savored. Wine then becomes a sensitive guide for our minds, and conviviality is the ideal way to experience it. Drawing on 2,500 years of intellectual history, wine illustrates—through analogy and metaphor—the wisdom of humanity’s great thinkers, offering a warm and meaningful experience.
Alcohol abuse is dangerous to your health; please drink in moderation.
Brice de Beaudrap is a teacher, author, and lecturer. A doctoral candidate in philosophy at the University of Grenoble Alpes, his research focuses on the epistemology of artificial intelligence and the trust that can be placed in scientific instruments.
