Langres' media libraries are located in the city center (Marcel-Arland, in the cathedral's former cloister) and in new neighborhoods (René-Goscinny, in the Maison de quartier). They offer the general public a lively and diversified cultural offering, including magazines, books, CDs, DVDs and the Internet, to meet the cultural, leisure, educational and information needs of local residents. Registration entitles you to borrow 20 documents in all media, including 2 DVDs.

How do I register?
Free annual registration for all, on presentation of ID and recent proof of address. Parental authorization required for minors.
