At Guet'Apens, we offer simple, generous and comforting cuisine based on grilled meats and local meats, all in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Sit down and enjoy our home-cooking, from the meat to the drinks - everything is local.
Taste our meat (chicken fillets, flank steak, entrecote, rib steak, etc.) selected by our breeder, with a choice of lunchtime specials, or grilled meats from our showcase, accompanied by fries or seasonal vegetables, salad and homemade sauce (Langres sauce, epoisses sauce, shallots, homemade mayonnaise).

Guet?Apens is the fusion of an artisan butcher?s shop and a restaurant, which we call Maison de viande.

We leave no one out: chickpea falafels, arancini with seasonal vegetables, lentil steaks? There's always a vegetarian option.
