Cellier des Chanoines

The canons' cellar is located under the house at the corner of rue Claude Gillot and place Jean Duvet. This vast 18 x 9-meter quadrangle is covered by two long barrel vaults resting on cruciform pillars. The cathedral's canons stored wine from their vineyards here. Income from the sale of wine and wheat helped their community prosper.
