Les pâtis de Sézanne et de Vindey

The sites of the pâtis de Sézanne and Vindey, classified as a Natura 2000 site, offer a place to walk where you will discover exceptional natural environments: callune moor, ponds sheltering remarkable aquatic plants, dragonflies and amphibians such as the very rare crested newt whose male sports a dorsal crest that makes it look like a small dragon.

The originality of the site lies in the fact that the wetlands and ponds rub shoulders with areas of dry moorland characterised by vegetation on poor, acidic soils.
