Roche de la Forge

The rock of the Forge is located on a marked path starting from the Abreschviller lake. You have to go on the small road in the direction of Vasperviller, and after 5 minutes, you have to leave it to follow the red rings that go up on the left. We quickly arrive at the Roche de la Forge. The view from the old chimney tells us about the name of this rock: an industrial forge used to work there, using the hydraulic energy of the Red Saar.
