Roche Saint-Martin

Located in the heart of the Kemberg Massif, La Roche Saint-Martin offers a breathtaking view of the town of Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, at an altitude of 600 metres. Three large blocks of pink sandstone that have resisted erosion make up the famous rock. A narrow staircase, carved out of the mass allows access to its summit, a footbridge connects the two main blocks. The site is very easy to access: by car + 5 mn on foot. Departure: from the SNCF railway station, take the direction of Foucharupt, cross the bridge over the railway line and just after the bridge turn right to take the rue du Petit Saint-Dié, go up the rue de l'Hermitage, then the avenue du Théâtre de Verdure to reach the pedestrian crossing passing under the bypass.
