In Tergnier, the Micro-Folie project at the heart of the Médiathèque L?Oiseau "Lire" enables visitors to discover the treasures of the country?s greatest institutions via its digital museum, and to experience immersive 360° content using virtual reality headsets.
The Tergnier Micro-Folie consists of :
10 digital tablets
1 large screen
5 virtual reality headsets
over 4,000 works to discover
available in over 10 languages
A DIGITAL MUSEUM: THE HEART OF MICRO-FOLIE
Bringing together hundreds of masterpieces from 12 national museums and institutions to discover in digital form, this virtual art gallery combining visual arts, performing arts, design, architecture and more, is a unique and entertaining cultural offering.
Whether on your own, with family or friends, the Digital Museum will give you access to a multitude of treasures.
The Digital Museum can also be visited by groups, so book your session now. Create your own guided tour, or use the guided tours already created in line with school curricula, thanks to a dedicated lecturer mode.
Micro-Folie Tergnier welcomes you on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the following times:
10 a.m. and 2 p.m. ? presentation of the monthly themed playlist, with time for discussion with the public
4pm ? access to virtual reality with headset
Free admission. Registration is required (free).
Virtual reality: ages 10 and up / 5 people maximum
School access: teachers are invited to contact mediators for suitable sessions and times.
