Electric heating (extra charge). Private garden with parking in front of gîte. Behind the gîte: shared, unenclosed garden with woods and small stream (unprotected). Next to the Hensons stud farm, 30 ha of private ponds (carp, whitefish, no-kill lure fishing). Pets not allowed.
