Angelique and François Mulet, with a team of 5 permanent employees, grow around forty vegetables in greenhouses and open fields using living soil market gardening techniques.
At the end of 2021, they will take over the former GAEC Perrochon horticultural site to create Les Serres de Marcel, with the aim of bringing together different partners in the field of living soil, agro-ecology and conservation agriculture practices, in order to help each other, innovate and experiment as effectively as possible.
This experimental farm puts the soil at the heart of the farming system, guaranteeing healthy, high-quality produce.
Seasonal vegetables, tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, lettuces, carrots, eggs, apples and legumes are the main products sold on this organic farm.
Winter vegetables: leeks, cabbage, sweet potatoes.
"We wanted to honor Marcel Bouché, a world-renowned geodilologist, by naming the farm after him. The development of living soil market gardening practices on which our vegetable production is based was made possible thanks to his expertise in earthworms. Our earthworms work for us! Our soils are only amended with organic matter." Angélique Mulet.
