Centre Hospitalier du Cotentin

The Centre Hospitalier Public du Cotentin was created in 2006 from the merger of the Hôpital Pasteur in Cherbourg and the Hôpital Simone Veil in Valognes. Today, its two hospital platforms enable it to offer a wide range of healthcare services, as well as training (interns and externs, training of nursing assistants, nurses, etc.). An ordinary day at the Cotentin Hospital? 500 inpatients, 920 outpatient consultations, 27 surgical procedures, 4 births and 150 emergency room visits!
