Mon Atelier de Fabrications Aromatiques
My workshop / boutique is located 12 rue du Belle in Saint-Lô, in the heart of the Cotentin region.
It's here that I create my recipes and assemble teas and aromatic plants to create a 100% plant-based range with no added flavoring. I'm the only one in France to produce my teas by hand, without using so-called "natural" food flavoring. My work is that of the aromatic plant, not of chemistry ;)
At Herboristerie du Cotentin, only the plant provides the taste, which is why we select our raw materials very carefully. These are sourced from small producers in France and around the world, in a fair and environmentally-friendly approach. It's through this approach that I can also offer you spices of unrivalled quality.
I have chosen to produce an entirely organic range, with respect for both the product and the consumer. This approach is also one of excellence. Because know-how and nature offer us a terroir and subtlety that no industrial flavoring can ever match.
