Le Cyrano

Created by François Boursier in 1970, this candy is a tribute to the famous French actor who played the famous character of Cyrano de Bergerac: Jean Piat. The candy is made from a prune macerated in liqueur, then topped with praline and coated in chocolate, all rolled in powdered sugar. For a real treat, head for the Cyrano patisserie in Saint-Junien town center, down the rue Lucien Dumas.
