ZénéO, bien dans sa peau, is a wellness association based in the Sanguinet area, covering the north of the Landes and the south of the Arcachon basin. The aim of ZénéO is to bring together several wellness practices in order to offer the best solution and support for people wishing to take care of themselves naturally. The practices currently on offer are :
sophrology, naturopathy, psycho-bio-acupressure, creative workshops, face and body treatments and specific massages linked to natural health.
