The 'Art and Culture' space, installed in the old cellars of the Episcopal Palace, presents the furniture discovered in the first Gallo-Roman capital: 'Bénéharnum' (today Lescar).
- In the 1st room: protohistoric funeral urns - protohistoric furniture
- In the 2nd room: Gallo-Roman mosaic, silver coins - ancient and medieval furnishings.
- In the 3rd room: glass bead bracelets, fibulae (brooches), bronze vases, belt buckles, etc.
Opposite Notre Dame Cathedral, the Museum occupies the old cellars of the Episcopal Palace (14th century).
