Croix Archiloa

One of the most beautiful promontories of the Basque coast, halfway between Sainte-Barbe and Erromadie, at the top of two flysch cliffs, a kind of mille-feuille alternating hard and soft rocks.
This place is known under the name of Archiloa which means "stone with a hole" in Basque language; a cross is set up there. The place is classified as a Sensitive Natural Area.
