Exposition Prosper Legault

Prosper Legault's practice straddles the border between sculpture and poetry. Using remnants of signs and street furniture gleaned from his travels through cities and suburbs, he produces three-dimensional collages. Prosper's art reflects globalization and its shores, and the way in which capital cities distil and mix the objects and cultures from which they originate. He introduces an everyday life that is usually barely visible in the exhibition space.
