Atout Fruit is an association of people passionate about fruit trees and traditional orchards, the diversity of species and varieties, and a multitude of flavors in a protected landscape. The association is located in Chalabre, in the former railway station made available by the town hall, a charming place where you can find their products.
Jams, jellies and juices are made from fruit harvested by the association's volunteers and processed in the Jardins de la Haute Vallée workshop in Couiza, Aude.
today, the open conservatory of ancient fruit varieties on the Canal du Midi Greenway in Montségur is the core of the association's safeguarding, awareness-raising and transmission missions.
