Welcome to Laure-Minervois, in the heart of the Minervois region, renowned for its garrigue landscapes and vineyards. Just 20 minutes from the famous medieval city of Carcassonne, this gîte invites you to discover an exceptional heritage: the abbey of Caunes-Minervois, the castles of the Cathar country, and natural attractions such as the Gouffre de Cabrespine and the Grotte de Limousis. Walkers will appreciate the many trails through pine forests and typical villages such as Minerve.
Le Moulin is a detached house combining rustic charm and comfort. It features :
_A large living room with sitting area and TV, dining area and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, filter and Nespresso coffee makers),
a mezzanine above the living room with two 90cm beds,
bathroom with shower,
a separate toilet,
one bedroom with 160cm bed,
up a few steps: in the mill tower: a small living room with wood-burning stove, and upstairs in the tower: a bedroom with two 90cm beds.
Outside, enjoy a private, unfenced garden with garden furniture, barbecue and petanque area.
There's no shortage of leisure activities on the estate: a gated outdoor swimming pool (15 x 6 m) is shared with two other gîtes, as is a tennis court.
