The GAEC Cros has 2 poultry barns. The first one has a surface area of 215 m² with a run of 5600 m² for 2370 bare-necked chickens or 2800 guinea fowls.
The second building is 145 m² with a run of 3860 m², it houses 1590 bare-necked chickens or 1880 guinea fowls.
The GAEC only makes 2 strips per year and per building. The buildings work together, i.e. the chicks are installed simultaneously in both buildings. On the other hand, the GAEC makes at least one flock of guinea fowl during the year, often during the summer.
It works with Arterris, so the animals are slaughtered chaez Savidoc.
These animals are labelled and therefore controlled under the Label Rouge
