Saint Eulalie d'Olt, classed amongst the plus beaux villages de France (most beautiful villages in France), has set up an artistic and craft centre. A old 17th century barn has been restored to enable the installation of artists and artisans d'art (artistic craftsmen). This building called "Eulalie d'Art" houses 6 creation workshops that perpetuate the "savoir-faire".
