Beekeeping has been an exciting activity for more than 30 years for Jacques Hazechnour, owner of 80 beehives in North Aveyron, near Taussac, on the Carladez mountains. The local black bees, cared for by beekeepers Sylvie and Jacques, produce an all-flower mountain honey. A honey with an amber colour and a subtle taste: linden-chestnut tree.
