A performance filled with delight, absurdity, and beauty. Yet we never lose the thread of the story. It’s all about endless links and connections. You’re not ready for this—come see it!
The title of the performance suggests multiple meanings—and why not, some misinterpretations as well? Should we read it as “amore,” “more,” or perhaps a surprising blend of both words? A character appears in solitude, in a state of constant imbalance on a surface that shifts and slips away, swallows them up, and makes them reappear.
Using kraft paper as a living medium, Claire Lamothe unfolds a hybrid form, at the crossroads of dance, visual performance, and song. A raw poetry and a fantastical world emerge from this, posing this essential question: how do you find your way when everything seems to be falling apart?
