The Conservatoire Henri Duparc de la Communauté d'Agglomération Tarbes-Lourdes-Pyrénées, a public service for artistic education, has as its primary principle the practice and study of the musical and choreographic arts, through the sensitive and multidisciplinary exploration of the contents, of all aesthetics, of the performing and performing arts.
The Conservatoire Henri Duparc is :

- 715 hours of weekly classes
- 902 students including 133 adults DPAM (Department of Amateur Practices)
- 10 teaching departments
- 46 classrooms
- 1 auditorium (210 seats)
- a rich cultural and artistic programme with nearly 150 annual events at the Conservatory and outside (concerts, conferences, etc.)
- school concerts welcoming students from schools throughout the Hautes-Pyrénées Department
- courses for orchestras or choirs, master classes, conferences, concerts, events, training courses, etc
