The Domaine de la Barthe has been a family estate for 3 generations. Viera and Yves EYCHENNES work to enhance the different terroirs that make it up. The land is situated on the slopes bordering the Canal du Midi and on the clay-limestone slopes of the Oppidum d'Ensérune.
