On the shores of the Etang de Thau, you'll enjoy a beautiful, modern, well-decorated house just a ten-minute walk from Mèze town center with its shops and markets, and from the beaches. Thanks to its location, the charming town of Mèze gives you access to the many attractions of our coastline, including swimming, relaxation and water sports (sailing, kayaking). You can also reach the beaches of nearby seaside resorts such as Balaruc, Sète and Marseillan, and choose to swim in the Etang or the Mediterranean. In terms of gastronomy, don't miss out on the famous Tielle, Etang de Thau shellfish and, of course, local wines! A short drive will take you to Pézenas, the town of Molière, where you can stroll through its medieval streets, discover its many craft stores and its traditional Saturday morning market. Agde and its lively nightlife are just 30km away.
The gîte comprises :
- A beautiful living room with a sofa and a large TV, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and all kitchen utensils;
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200 cm), large dressing room and outdoor patio with garden furniture;
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, mirrored washbasin and WC;
- A terrace with garden furniture, TV and sun loungers, and a pleasant garden with spa and plancha barbecue.
Private parking is available on the property, and a charging point for a 36A 220V electric car is available (to be arranged with the owners). For exploring the surrounding area, the owners also offer a 125 scooter (125 motorcycle license required) and a quad bike (B license required) for hire on request (rates to be arranged with the owners).
