Located between Pézenas and Caux, the Château de Montpezat, surrounded by its 30 ha of vineyards, has belonged to the same family for 3 generations. The Château produces a complete range of white, rosé and red wines in the respect of the environment by following the principles of sustainable agriculture since 1988. Today, Christophe Blanc manages the estate in organic farming.
