Spacious B&B of 18 m² for 2 people, with a king size bed (160x200) and a nice private terrace over the garden.
Garden, trampoline, table tennis table, soccer are shared.
Private parking within the property.
Nice French breakfasts with croissants and jam, on the terrace of our VILLA PEGASE, which hosts
an other B&B and an independent studio.
=> If you want, you can come with friends, up to 9 persons in the Villa. Extra beds can be set up on request.
Possible Initiations : tennis, pétanque, mindfulness meditation, provence cooking
Place :
- the villa is on the MONT ST CLAIR, residential, green and quiet area of Sète city
- First BEACH bay at 10-12mn walking distance (800m), then a 12km of fine sandy beach with a promenade along it (car-park at 5mn by car)
