Pescad?home is a 42m2 fisherman's cottage (sleeps 4), located in a quiet street in the center of town (shops and restaurants 100m away) and 1mn from the beach.
Completely renovated in 2023/24, the house is air-conditioned, and its living room/kitchen opens onto a small patio. It comprises 2 bright bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed, the other with a 2x80cm trundle bed, bathroom, wc, washing machine.
Outside, you can enjoy a 6m2 patio, extended by a corridor terrace with solar shower.
Pescad?home has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
It's also very close to the sea, with its fine sandy beach, shops, restaurants and port.
Put your car down and enjoy the surroundings on foot.
