The Combes des sources du Tarn site is located on the southern slopes of Mont Lozère, west of the Pic Cassini, in the central zone of the Cevennes National Park.
In the depression areas, in contact with streams and springs, a minimum of 62 wetlands for a total area of almost 13 hectares have been identified.
