"Candide" Show: Contemporary Music and Dance%A0
Come discover Isma and Osy on stage, a sensitive and high-energy dialogue between hip-hop dance and beatboxing—expressing themselves with all their hearts and bodies in perfect harmony. Despite their young age, the two members of the Jeunes Princes duo excel in their art. One is a dancer, performer, and facilitator with multiple companies (R%EAvolution, Kaminari, K?rrousel?), while the other is a two-time French beatbox champion from 2025.
“Candide” tells the story of this face-off—an artistic duel where they size each other up, get to know one another, challenge each other, and above all, have fun! We marvel at each other’s artistry and recognize the common threads: striking rhythm, physical expressiveness, and explosive energy! The artists thus explore situations that echo this encounter and their own journeys: the gaze of others, ridicule, frustration, but also—and above all—the lightheartedness of simple, shared joys.
