An ideal destination for holidays with family or friends, with numerous sites/attractions available around the Mervent forest and on the lake that crosses it: hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, pedal boating, Natur'Zoo De Mervent, Parc de Pierre Brune, "Petite cité de caractère de Vouvant" with its Mélusine tower... The house comprises a living room, separate kitchen and laundry room/WC on the first floor. From the living room, a 1st staircase leads to a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds) and a shower room with WC. From the kitchen, a 2nd staircase leads to a master suite with 1 x 140cm bed, dressing room and en-suite shower room with WC. Large garden with terrace at the rear of the house. Board games, books and slide available.
