A wide range of Alsatian specialties are on offer, and themed evenings punctuate the weeks as the seasons change. We particularly recommend the evenings reserved for "Dampfnudeln", specialties from northern Alsace. Naturally, the restaurant also offers Alsatian tartes flambées on Friday and Sunday evenings, and on Monday and Thursday evenings for groups of 10 or more, with reservations at least 24 hours in advance.
No payment by vacation vouchers or paper luncheon vouchers, only CARDS.
