Le Morillon (formerly Staeffele) is the story of a new adventure, in a place well known to gourmets and food lovers in and around Saverne.
This new story is the brainchild of a team of 4 gastronomic professionals who share the same vision: Laurent Marlot and Maxime Oberlé in the kitchen, and Emmanuelle and Jean-Baptiste Becker, the Maître d?hôtel and Sommelier couple, in the dining room.
Their refined, gourmet style is a reflection of the team?s sensibility, and their vision of a restaurant in their own image, deep and sincere. Happy to offer their customers a moment of discovery and convivial sharing, they work with care and passion, using seasonal produce and as much local produce as possible.
