Maison dite de l'architecte

This 16th-century residence is said to have been built and lived in by one of the architects of the Collégiale Saint-Thiébaut.
On the upper three floors, the facade is embellished with an oriel window featuring a "tâcheron" mark (a geometric mark left by a craftsman to distinguish his work) and a mysterious symbol.
The entrance to the house is on the left, through a door surmounted by a carved lintel (the upper part of the opening that supports the masonry).
