Fit'n Step

Created in 2003, the STEP club has come a long way. It now has around 60 members of all ages, who enjoy their passion for fitness in a friendly atmosphere. Choreographed classes evolve to the sound of rhythmic contemporary music, from beginner level in September to intermediate and advanced levels at the end of the year. Step is a high-energy workout, involving all muscles and the cardiovascular system.
Not only physical, but also artistic, STEP has a lot to offer!
