"Villa Caprice" located in Ault, with sea view, 3 bedrooms is a family home with a very nice sea view.
It is divided into 3 bedrooms for 6 people (including children and babies to ensure a comfortable stay), small living room with sofa opening onto fully equipped kitchen (crockery, glasses, everything or almost everything), shower room on ground floor + 1 bathroom on first floor, wc on ground floor and wc on first floor, laundry room with washing machine.
Flowered garden (garden furniture) and numerous facilities: BBQ, brazier, games...
Villa Caprice" is an 80 m² house on two levels (ground floor and first floor).
It takes its name from the villas built in Ault at the beginning of the 20th century.
Two single beds in each of the 3 bedrooms to accommodate all our guests, whether couples, families or friends.
And for your baby, we have a cot (folding), a new mattress (60x120), a changing mat (but no table...), a high chair and a small bathtub (with games and bath thermometer). Please bring your own sheets. Please let us know if you need baby equipment.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people (adults, children and babies without distinction please to ensure a pleasant stay).
There are 2 bathrooms: a shower on the ground floor and a bath on the first floor. Toilets are separate.
The house is equipped with flat-screen TV, crockery and cutlery, Nespresso coffee machine + two small traditional machines, games console (retro mega drive), wi-fi, garden furniture, BBQ and plancha plate, brazier for evening gatherings... and everything you need to enjoy the beach (parasol, beach games for children...) at your disposal.
You can park on the street just outside the house (there's always room for 1, 2 or 3 cars).
Villa Caprice is a family home with everything you need to feel at home with (or without) children.
The house is located on the heights of Ault, with a breathtaking view of the sea, the chateau du Moulinet, the old Moulin, the church belfry and the village.
The cliffs are at the end of the street and its hiking trail (Ault- Bois de Cise- Mers les Bains).
The town center and the Bourg d'Ault beach (swimming and fishing) are just a few steps away (less than 10 minutes on foot, so if it's downhill on the way out, it's uphill on the way back ;o)
A little further afield: Onival beach and the hable d?Ault are a 5-minute drive away.
