With a capacity of 7 people, the house offers 4 bedrooms with hotel bedding:
- 1 single bedroom.
- 3 double bedrooms, including a large master suite on the first floor with dressing room and private bathroom, ideal for privacy.
Upstairs, the three other bedrooms, in soft, soothing hues, offer a cosy, relaxing space. All feature functional storage space.
The spacious, light-filled living areas include a comfortable living room with sofa and flat-screen TV, a convivial dining area and a large, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, wine cellar and numerous utensils).
The house's real asset, the terrace, which is not overlooked, invites you to relax with its year-round jacuzzi. It has been carefully furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, an electric plancha and a temperate outdoor shower.
Designed with your well-being in mind, the house is equipped with reversible air conditioning in all rooms and a high-performance Wi-Fi connection, ideal for telecommuting or long-term stays. There's also a quiet area where you can work in comfort. Washing machine and dryer are also available.
A large enclosed garage can accommodate up to three cars, as well as bikes or motorcycles.
