Ti ar Strobineller is an authentic Breton stone farmhouse, completely renovated and ideal for a stay with family or friends. Spacious and warm, it offers 130 m² of comfort for 6 people.
Rooms :
First floor:
A large 20 m² bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a single bed (90 cm) and a TV.
A second cosy 11 m² bedroom with a double bed (160 cm).
First floor:
A 20 m² bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a 180 cm bed.
Mezzanine :
A curtained-off sleeping area with a 140 cm bed (not totally dark, not included in capacity).
A cot is also available.
Shower rooms
First floor: shower room with WC.
First floor: bathroom with bath and WC.
(As the water heater limits intensive use, the rental is limited to 6 people, despite the large number of beds)
Hairdryer supplied.
Kitchen and living areas
Fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine (tumble dryer in outbuilding), ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, juicer, oil-free deep fryer.
Dining table for 6/8 people and baby high chair.
The living room includes a 3-seater sofa, several seats, TV and Wi-Fi.
The fireplace is not usable for security reasons.
Outside
Large wooded plot of 1800 m², fully enclosed to the rear of the house.
Garden furniture (table + 10 chairs), 4 armchairs, electric plancha and barbecue.
Parking for several vehicles in front of the house.
Books, board games, some outdoor games and toys for toddlers available.
Location
The house is located 900 m ? 1 km from the beaches, with surfing and diving nearby, and 1.5 km from the town of Plouguerneau, where you'll also find a bicycle rental service.
