From the Middle Ages through the Renaissance to the present day, this tour invites you to discover Troyes’ rich culinary heritage as you stroll through its streets and past its iconic landmarks.
Throughout the tour, your guide will punctuate the visit with tastings of local specialties: cheeses (2), “petit pâté en croûte” (“Bouchon troyen”), andouillette on toast, chocolate from “Mortier d’Or” by Maison Caffet, accompanied by Hypocras* (6 cl), champagne* (6 cl), and Prunelle de Troyes* (4 cl).
