À propos
Since the middle of the 19th century, Culmont-Chalindrey has become a major rail hub in eastern France, at the crossroads of the main lines, crossing the terrain via the Culmont - Saint-Maurice and Torcenay - Chaudenay tunnels. The facilities (workshops and magnificent rotunda) fell victim to British bombing on July 13, 1944. They were rebuilt in line with the traffic.
