Two specialties in particular are waiting to be discovered: the Biscuit de Sainte-Mère-Eglise, a parachute-shaped shortbread that's both simple and delicious, to be enjoyed at any time and on any occasion; and the Petit-Para, a soft cake, full of roundness and flavor, which exudes a subtle almond fragrance and will delight lovers of financiers.
