The gîte (which has a key box) opens onto a large living room, a real convivial space with a dining room, lounge and relaxation area opening onto a balcony with a magnificent view. The kitchen and dining area features a beautiful wooden table for enjoying regional dishes together, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle, as well as all the kitchen utensils (including a blender) needed for a pleasant stay in the villa.
The living area features a TV area with sofa and armchairs, and a library with a wide range of books. A large bay window leads from the living room to a terrace with sun loungers, where you can enjoy an incredible panoramic view of the region. From this terrace, a staircase leads to an outdoor area with garden furniture, barbecue and swimming pool, where you can cool off and spend pleasant moments under the Hérault sun.
Inside, the gîte has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first double bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower, washbasin and mirror, in a very elegant and refined style, always carefully decorated, like all the rooms in the gîte. The second double bedroom, with double bed and bedside tables, also has a bathroom with shower, basin and mirror. The third bathroom, similarly equipped, is separate from the rest of the bedrooms. The third bedroom is also for two people with a double bed, while the fourth bedroom, with velux window, is for 3 people with two bunk beds (one double and one single).
