The gîte sleeps 4, pets are welcome and thanks to high-speed fiber-optic WiFi, it's also perfect for working remotely or a longer stay. On the ground floor, the house has a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Senseo filter and espresso coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) and a bathroom with separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, two large bedrooms with double beds (200×200 cm and 160×200 cm).
Accessed via a narrow original spiral staircase, the 2nd floor features two small attic rooms with a maximum ceiling height of around 1m70. One of the rooms has a cot (up to approx. 6 years) and children's games for all ages. The staircase has a child gate at the top and bottom.
Outside, a private terrace, a park with a private forest, parking spaces and plenty of space to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.
Gas-fired central heating, made-up beds, kitchen, bath and bed linen and a washing machine are included. Bicycles can be stored in a private, secure room.
