Dîners insolites OPUS, voyage immersif au Cloître des Récollets

With this third edition, presented in December, OPUS invites you on a sensory journey where reality seems to gradually begin to crack. At first, everything seems familiar, then the lights change, sounds fill the air, and the space gradually transforms into an immersive train car. Without really understanding when the shift occurs, you find yourself drawn into a shifting universe where every detail seems alive.




Conceived by artist Julien Voarick, this immersive creation plays with your perceptions and takes you on an ever-evolving sensory journey. The setting transforms, atmospheres follow one another, and each sequence evokes a unique emotion. You’re no longer quite sure whether you’re attending a performance, an art installation, or an extraordinary dinner.




Designed in six acts, the menu accompanies this journey and becomes part of the narrative itself. The flavors evolve with the atmosphere, the textures respond to the lighting, and the food-and-wine pairings (or their non-alcoholic alternatives) prolong the sensations and fully contribute to this immersive experience.



As the courses unfold, time seems to slow down. Your familiar points of reference gradually fade away, giving way to surprise, curiosity, and the pleasure of letting yourself be carried away. OPUS cannot be described—it must be experienced!



The OPUS project was awarded the 2024 Tourism Trophy in the Innovation category.
