Located in the heart of a quiet, lush estate, Le Romarin is a fully equipped cottage for 2 people, ideal for a relaxing or active getaway in the Aude region. This cottage is part of a group of four cottages converted from an old farmhouse, offering charm and authenticity. Each unit has its own separate entrance and private terrace (unfenced), opening onto a large shared garden with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees mountains. The owners live on-site and guarantee you a warm welcome and complete privacy.

The area around the cottage is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, or simply enjoying the tranquility of the countryside.
Less than a 20-minute bike ride away, Lake Cavayère awaits you for a relaxing or active day: supervised swimming in the summer, pedal boats, stand-up paddleboarding, water ski lift, tree-top adventure course, and many other activities to enjoy as a couple, with family, or with friends.

The cottage is all on one level and features a bright living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen: filter coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, mini-oven, a separate bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a private bathroom (shower). Separate toilet. Shared laundry room for all cottages (washing machine: 5? per load, dryer available).

Private terrace overlooking the garden. Free on-site parking. A plancha grill is available for your outdoor meals.
