You’ll be just a 5-minute drive from our beautiful, unspoiled Rouet Beach and the La Palme salt marshes!
Overlooking a pedestrian street, you’ll have access to some beautiful walking trails as well as all the amenities you need: a bakery, grocery store, restaurants, florist, pharmacy, and, of course, wine shops.
The house is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- living room with fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher) opening onto the living area (TV, sofa, Wi-Fi)
- Separate toilet
First floor:
- 1 double bedroom (140x190 cm)
- 1 bathroom with a bathtub
Second floor:
- Bedroom with 3 single beds (90x190 cm)
Located on a pedestrian street; you can park in nearby parking lots.
