Villa du Beau Rivage is a detached, air-conditioned house designed for vacations with family or friends, with a modern, woodsy feel. The large living room features a lounge area with sofas and armchairs, a convivial dining area with family table and a fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine). A second small living room with sofa and TV is also available. There is a bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin with mirror, as well as a separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine. The gîte has four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160x200, private shower room and WC.
Bedroom 2: 1 bed 160x200.
Bedroom 3: 2 beds 90x200.
Bedroom 4: 2 beds 80x200.
Outside, you'll enjoy a fully private, enclosed garden with a large, covered wooden terrace, furnished with deckchairs and garden furniture for longer summer evenings. The private outdoor swimming pool, with its unobstructed view over the countryside, promises many relaxing days.
Private parking inside the property facilitates your arrival and daily outings.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory (100 ?).
